Akeptus uses the information needed to provide the service, including environmental metrics, operational telemetry, account details, platform preferences, and usage patterns that help improve performance.

How it is protected

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using modern security controls, with least-privilege access and continuous monitoring where applicable.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Our practices are designed to align with privacy frameworks including GDPR and CCPA.

Connected assistants

When you connect ChatGPT, Akeptus sends only the result returned by the read-only home tool you ask it to use. Akeptus keeps the approved client, permissions, approver, expiry, revocation state, and connection receipts. It does not give ChatGPT your full home record or store ChatGPT’s access token in the home record.

ChatGPT processes what it receives under OpenAI’s privacy practices. Disconnecting stops new Akeptus access immediately, but does not remove information the outside service already received. Use that service’s controls for its retained copies.
